we have lovely people who turn up for block activites despite busy schedules! and we have GOOD FOOD!

we have outstanding seniors! and we have wonderful juniors who show appreciation to them!

we have fun-loving people...

who eat together...

do silly things together...

and scare each other from time to time.

i love my blockDee and my neighbours!

080407 - the Easter Sunday.

the crowd was amazing today! and i guess service was totally worth it, although i still think that Paster Prince is jetlagged from his trip, and thus his amusing actions and words.

the special perfomance was so overwhelming. i caught Passion of the Christ some years ago, but snippets from the movie never fails to bring back those very first emotions. as the whip went down on Him, i could feel myself cringing in my seat.

indeed, great is His love for us. (:

The Victor

Swallowed into earth's dark womb
And death has triumphed
That's what they say
But tried to hold Him in the tomb
The Son of Life
Rose on the third day

Just look
The gates of hell
They're falling
Crumbling from the inside out
He's bursting through
The walls with laughter
Listen to the Angels shout

It is finished
He has done it
Life conquered death
Jesus Christ
Has won it

His plan of battle
You know it
He fooled them all
They led Him off to prison to die
But as He entered Hades Hall
He broke those hellish chains with a cry

Just listen to those demons screaming
See Him bruise the serpent's head
The prisoners of Hell
He's redeeming
All the power of death is dead
happy Easter! (:

070407 - WRCD celebrations!

in all due respect to the drenched souls, the people behind WRCD. (: Ruixian Mdm never had a better reason to smile. (:

my qL! in our attempts to be small eyed and big eyed. of course, only i made the cut. his eyes are how tiny can? muahahaha. :P

Yingsheng, Evonne, Jorin Mdm and Mizael! (:

and lastly Qijun. haha. i still maintain my stand that his features are rather feminine, depsite protests from him! (:

dinner at some seafood restaurant and drinks at this rip-off bubble tea shop! the bill came up to a total of 83 buckaroos for some bubble tea and finger food. rahhh. i can buy 80 cups from the neighbourhood bubble tea shops and they taste nicer can?

anways, it was nice meeting up again! i've really been so detached for so long and getting the updates were certainly amusing!

i'm glad that we're staying together, regardless of what happened. at least most of us. well, like they always say, the team that does the sai gang (shite work) together, stays together! considering the amount of sai gang we've done, which includes literally digging up sai from the campsite drain, i think we're gonna stay together for a long long time. (:

another Saturday passed. another event over. that's how it has been for so long.

celebrated Daddy's birthday at the Crab King place in Ang Mo Kio! after staying there for the past twenty years, i am ashamed to say that i've never been there before! how suaku can? and now finally! we had so much food! the super delicious buns, the tofu thingy that tastes like shark's fin, butter crabs, crab beehoon, HUGE prawns, deer meat and yummy vegetables! i love the buns the best, albeit them being the cheapest on the list. haha. i'm super low maintenance can? and i wish the hall uncles can cook vegetables like the ones i had everyday. seriously, i suffering from vegetables deprivation 'cause the vegetables they cook taste horrible. ): anyway, good dinner!

tuition before the dinner was a lil stressful. i'm taking the Sec 3 and 4 classes now and i'm a lil scared. it's so different from the Sec 1 and 2 classes! i so need to prepare myself more for the lessons! hopefully all will be well! (:

long day tomorrow and my weekend is gone again. RAHHHH. ):
