meet-ups and more to come.
dinner was good! our long awaited dinner after all of our liberation. complete with a million sticks of unagi, durian puffs (my love) and spastic jokes all around. jokes of the doctor, the psychologist, the geographist and the computer (read: geographer and computer scientist). gonna miss all these great people with some of them moving away!

helped Tings with her farewell party prep after lunch. and we lugged about twenty bags of food back to hall. goodness me. there was way too much food! will be missing Tings too! ):

moving out of the room soon. everything's packed into boxes and half of 'em are home already. sighs. my love-hate relationship with D201. love it for the convenience, the neighbours and the layout. hate it for the rubbish & breakfast trucks that roar outside my window every morning. oh wells. i guess every room will hold a different story and i'm looking forward to the new room! (: note to self: i shall not buy any more stuff for my room next semester. packing and moving is such a chore!
everyone's moving out. and the hall is quiet all over again. it's so beautiful that every year, the same buildings hold a different story. of different people and different lives crossing each others'. it starts, and it ends. all in a year. and there it goes all over again.
finally confirmed our flight and hostel bookings on Thursday too. will be flying off to Korea on Wednesday with the deeblockers for about 8 days. (:

yes, i've been wanting to blog about this for so long! TA interview! i was so worried that they weren't gonna call me up for an interview after like everyone else was called up. i was so certain that i wasn't even shortlisted. and on the first day of reading week, they finally called me while i was in the library! i was actually sleeping. haha. i felt so relieved! BUT, they gave me 2 dates, one when i have a paper and the other when i thought i was supposed to be in Korea. so they said they'll update me with another date and i never heard from them again. haha. and i was so sad! been wanting to pray about it during exam prayers but there were more important prayers every night. until this particular night when i finally requested for this lil' prayer and by God's grace, they e-mailed a confirmation to me the next day. He certainly works in amazing ways! but, they gave me the same date when i had a paper and there was no way i could rush down in time. that spelled trouble and so on that night, we prayed about it again. with that prayer in mind, i called them the next day and requested for a change of date. they could only provide me with either 9th May, 17th May or some June date. 9th and 17th were bad cause i'll be in Korea and i was so uncomfortable with the June date. so i wanted to change my flight to fly later to accomodate the interview. and miracles happened again. we were supposed to fly on 9th evening but we were on the waiting list for like forever. so the agency pushed our flight forward to 8th May. and just as i was asking for the agency's number for change my flight, they called and said we can get our original 9th May booking! which means i can attend the interview in the morning and fly off at night! like how amazing is that? i'm totally taken away by the miracles that happened. (:
excited about the interview and worried at the same time. 'cause i heard they only accept aboout 7-8 Psychology majors per year, as compared to the Geography & History majors. which is quite understandable. i'll make the best out of this wonderful opportunity! (:

the many meet-ups mean alot of food. that on top of all the food consumed while studying. and i desperately need to detox and shed the kilos. like seriously. RAHHHH. unsloth plans anybody? i need plans that do not involve breakfast / lunch / tea break / dinner / supper please. thanks! (:
