something random.
"heroes die young. and cowards live long."
would you rather be someone who stood out amidst the crowd and used your innate abilities to help change the world, or even just one single life, but at the same time endangering yourself to the countless perils? or someone who choose to scamper beneath the man-made shelter of people who feel the same way, thinking that your own survival reigns above all else?

caught Hotel Rwanda on DVD. yes, i have been slacking today. unless you count some thirty physics MCQs. i need to start being muggerish hardworking! that aside, it was a wonderful show i must say. it's most inspiring!
the discrimination. the acts of genocide. and how the rest of the world turned its back on Rwanda.
and i remember this quote. about how the rest of the world will react if footage of people being killed with machetes was shown to them. footage of the massacre. footage of the genocide itself.
"i think if people see this footage, they'll say "oh, my God, that's horrible" and then they'll go on eating their dinners."
and i think it's a very thought-provoking one. like, if we should search our hearts and ask ourselves, i'm sure we'll all find the answer to that.
really inspiring show. if you guys have the chance, do catch it.
and i just remembered. i think this is good for GP. haha. maybe i haven't really slacked after all. -showers myself with some self consolation-
