there's always something good out of everything that happens, no matter how minute it may be. like what others say, it may be the end of something, but you'll never know if it's also the beginning of another right? i guess i've found it. ((:
caught up with the clique yesterday. well, at least half of 'em. Boo, Ying and Damien. did lunch, shopping and caught a movie. yeaps. Damien is making a christmas gift for his girl. hope it turns out well. Damien Lau, if you're reading this, please be more careful. don't spoil it! haha. we don't want to go shopping with you again for the materials. and we entertained ourselves in the arcade! we were like rotting while waiting for the movie to start. it's been like ages since i last stepped into an arcade? don't really like such places. but i guess it's the company the matters. and we caught Blade Trinity. okayy. i got tricked. i thought we were going to caught Polar Express. )): the movie's good! i confess that i fell asleep many times, but it's not that the show's boring! i was plain tired. it's about vampires and there's lots of killing! haha. quite gory at times. but it was good. ((: had a great time with them! can't wait for our next christmas outing. haha. really miss my clique people! Lay Joan! where have you been? i missed you lots girl! ((:
today. spent the day sorting out letters in HQ. lol. i swear that i've gone blind from looking at the thousands of names and sorting them out. and my fingers are numb from sealing the envelopes. :P went shopping with Angeline, Engkee and PohBoon for presents and Engkee's stuff. Engkee looks good in the suit! haha. Engkee! yeaps. seriously the suit was good! can consider it. ((: had a nice chat with them over coffee. ((:
looking at the junior batch of VIs-to-be really reminds me of our batch. especially the campfire committee who came down to help today. ((: it's really great to see that they've bonded so well. and hope it stays that well. i guess the best thing out of joining HQ as a volunteer is really not the rewards you get. not the ranks nor the service hours and all. it's the friends you make and the experience you gain. and with closer bonds with one another, the experience you'll gain is bound to be better. it was really good to see them that way. ((:
yay! i cut my hair! just trimmed it. ((: was contemplating whether to cut it short again. maybe next time. ((:
