first day of school at AJC!
pulled myself up from bed early in the morning and had the routine bathing, dressing and breakfast before catching the bus. the bus came late and i was late in meeting marie. i was practically running into the school when i saw this huge group of students in white uniform. it's really a huge group! lucky them. there's so little AMKsians in AJC. so i'll most probably end up alone in my OG.
met marie and we went into the auditorium. we got separated into our different natures and dwellings and i had to get out of the auditorium and find my way up to the second level of it. after exiting, i was completely lost as to how i should get up. it didn't help when this guy just looking at me and i was looking at him, both expecting each other to lead the way. but eventually he led the way. lol. so off i went, looking for my OG, conifero foresta. saw waifu and i was relieved. although he's not my OGL, but we're in the same nature. just as i had expected, there were no other AMKsians in my OG. so i just sat down and started talking to the two girls beside me. they were quite easy to talk to, thank God.
when waifu told me that the talks are going to be boring, i didn't expect them to last for five hours. yes, five whole hours. i almost fell asleep. after that came lunch. lunch was chicken chop and mashed potato. it tasted so much like the one at AMKSS that it made me miss secondary school. i missed my friends too, and when i received their messages, i was so happy. thanks for the messages! =]
after lunch came cheering, dancing and more cheering. it was actually quite fun, for i had super nice OGLs who were both so friendly and easy to talk to. my OG wasn't every enthu, but i guess it's because it's the first day. so, i think it'll get better on the other days! my groupmates are really nice people =]
along the guided tour, i saw chenxi and hoongta and i was so happy that i called out chenxi's name. and when chengwei saw me, he even waved to me although we don't know each other very well. i also hugged liren and talked to siyun. i think it's really nice to see some familiar faces amongst the hundreds of unknown faces. saw a couple of my primary school mates too! =]
the entire thing ended at 630. very late right? and i had to rush down for my guitar class. took a bus, unsure of where it is bringing me, and half a hour later, i reached prata house where i was supposed to meet the girls. by then, fatigue really overcame me. i was just very tired. stayed with them for a couple of minutes and i rushed off to yamaha.
that marks the end of my first day in school. not very impressive, but definitely very tiring. am looking forward to the other days of orientation and making new friends! =]
