had a great time yesterday at East Coast Park...
met the girls at NTUC before that to go shopping for some stuff to bring for the guys... initially we picked out apples, pears & chocolates but it seemed like a weird combination... eventually, we decided on cake, nuts & chocolate... the travelling time was long as usual & by the time we got there it was already pretty late... helped out a little with the food but the rest of our time was spent eating & chatting...
after the food, we did a series of embarrassing stuff... jessica & i actually accepted a dare from ningzi to cross that zebra crossing with our right hands raised up... jessica's plan was to walk from opposite sides & end with a hi-5, but our plan failed as we received many stares from the people around there! gosh that is like so embarrassing! & from what ningzi said, one uncle was even startled to see us behaving in that manner...
next was the exciting bicycle ride that i took ningzi on =X first there was this high concrete step, but i rode towards it... then i rode straight towards the lamp post but luckily i swerved in time... next was that big tree which i also rode towards but swerved in time... but upon reaching the road, our bike fell over =X
listened to their ghost stories with interest initially, but as they started talking about stories that are so related to our everyday life, we just walked away... that story about the bunker beds & the one about the marbles is really creepy =|
late into the night, peishi, ningzi & i just sat down & talked... it felt really great to talk like that... it was a peaceful night, only with the occasional disturbance of raindrops & cats... we bought fruits too! tasty crunchy apples =X
it was a great night except for the ghost stories =X so thanks to the guys! =]
