class BBQ was fun!!!
went cycling went them before the food arrived... didn't want to cycle initially as my leg was in pain... but after a while, it didn't hurt as much so i got a double bike with wenlin... then we wheezed around east coast park with marcus on his bladed behind us... after that peishi joined us.. & every time she called wenlin, we accelerated by 10m/s2.. it was fun!
went back to help out with the food after that... the prawns, otah, stingray & sotong looked tempting, but i couldn't eat them.. so i had to make do with sausages, hotdogs, chicken wings & beehoon... they tasted great! except that there were SOME people who didn't even offer to help & yet kept waiting them for people to serve HIM food.. HE was just standing by the pit, asking which ones were ready for consumption.. & the worst thing was that HE even wanted to bring home so food! when i was turning the satays, HE was like "why are you turning them? can't you just look at their colour? i've got one that was burnt on one side just now." well, apparently, that burnt one was purposely given to HIM as i was not the only one who was dead irritated by HIM.. & HE has NO RIGHT to comment on me when he is not doing anything to help! when we all paid up for the BBQ, HE even commented that it was too expensive & that HE didn't even eat much! irritating! kind of disgusted with HIM... anyway, HE is the same guy who irritated me during our class outing to seoul garden some time ago... please do not let me get into the same JC as HIM... *prays*
after the food, me, peiwen & sinyee borrowed the guys' bikes & rode off... night cycling is great! especially when there was nobody else on the road & you can ride very fast.. so off we went, at our fastest speeds... it felt really good to have the wind blowing against you & when you're with your friends... east coast park is really pretty at night... it's a great place to just sit there & chat with your friends...
really enjoyed the day, so thank you, nyaphiang, peiyi & wenlin for it! =] but i have one worry on my mind... is there black soya sauce in the marinated chicken wings? i'm worried.. =[
