i haven't posted in two weeks.

the past two weeks have been really crazy! and yes, as i hoped for in my previous entry, i'm blogging on my new laptop in my now-cosy room! (:

spent most of my time with hall orientation, which was really good! i do love my group Dakarai, which means happiness. and we're really a bunch of happy people! (: and the events were pretty good too! especially the Gladiators (which we only scored 70 points for), Temasek Coat and Project Thunderstorm! our Starry Starry Night was good too! and the Welcome Ceremony. haha. nobody will probably understand what i'm blabbering about but anyway, the orientation was great fun! and i'm really thankful for the friends i've made in my group and for the wonderful councillors who stood by us! (: it's just the start of term and i'm already starting to love the hall! (:

arts o-week was good too! even though i was running between this and hall orientation and i felt really bad about it. my OG, Rooom Rooom, rocks totally! they are so rah-rah! and they won Not-So-Amazing Race and Best OG for Rolling! (: i'm so proud of them! grateful to every freshie, freshie councillor and senior councillors for making this happen! and i've met very nice people in Rolling too! i'm glad! (:

very sketchy descriptions of two wonderful orientation i've been too but still, i did enjoy myself thoroughly although i was barely awake most of the time and i fatten myself up even more with the numerous suppers! (:

spent Flag with the arts group and it was so tiring! my goodness. i haven't done such a thing for ages and i think age is really catching up with me. haha. didn't really collect alot cause Toa Payoh was overcrowded! haha. but still, Rooom Rooom was great fun to be with! (: and i did enjoyed the chat with the Ricola peeps over dinner! (:

Rag was yesterday. did bits and pieces here and there for arts and was a make-up attacher for hall. the results weren't as expected but yeah, for every competition there can only be one winner, and we have next year to fight it back. and i really must agree with the arts Rag quote "passion, friendship, triumph". i've seen the formation of many friendships over Rag and the bonds formed are really heartwarming. even within a span of 17hrs without sleep, i found new bonds that will last for long. i think we're all winners at heart. (:

Rag marked the end of the long two weeks that i was so dreading two week ago. and tomorrow's the start of the academic year. (: good luck to me and to everyone else! (:
