national day eve.pinic in school! but the rain spoilt it all. ): and we ended up having our pinic in the homeroom! which was a blessing in disguise actually. 'cause our 40 pratas were quite a mess.
fourteen people turned up today. much better than last year's count of ten. but still bad. and Mrs Tan actually bought ten bottles of drinks for us. we could almost have a bottle each!

see the pratas in front of us? 40 in all. 20 kosongs and 20 eggs. plus this array of different curries. chicken, mutton and fish. the fish one was pretty disgusting. i didn't even have to go near it to decide that i don't like it.

yes, only FIVE of us in the class. but believe us, the smaller the class, the easier it is to absorb during tutorials. plus, you'll start doing all your tutorials and assignments cause it's freaking obvious if you don't. go figure.

after that was the Singapore Gaga thingy they showed us. it was so funny! and so close to our hearts. i mean, everytime we laugh at one of the scenes, like that of the $1 song, don't you guys realise it's because we recognise it and cause we can connect to it? all because all these are close to us, right beside us in our lovely red dot on the map.
CCA heads meeting. wasn't the usual one with Ms Siau that i miss so much. and we're gonna have our official handover next Wednesday! and rehearsals are on this Friday and next Monday. wonders how i can ever clock my hours with this.
and i clocked a total of four hours after the celebrations today! and i'm totally proud of myself! -beams- i mean, half day leh! and it was a productive Maths one too. (: i feel enabled.
didn't study my day away either. headed for lunch with Marie at J8 and walked around. and i saw the starry charm bracelet from Perlini! the stargaze series! the one they sent in the catalogue. and it's so so so pretty! but the price was so steep! a whopping 78 bucks for a bracelet. but it's so pretty! hopefully it is still available during my birthday. then i can use the 50% birthday voucher to buy it! -keeps fingers crossed-
feel so tired now. i bet it's cause i slept at one plus last night. which by right is not late. but recently my entire schedule has changed so much! it's no longer the night-owl life i used to have. in fact, it's just the opposite. sighs. say goodbye to my late night television. ):
anyways, the tuition yesterday was pretty good! the people there didn't look friendly. haha. maybe it's just me. but the teacher was so nice! Mr Low. haha. i think it runs in the Low family. :P hopefully the maths genes run in it too. and mine are just waiting to be discovered.
and yeaps, that was the first ever tuition i've had in my seventeen years of life so far. amazing right? i made it through so far. without fantastic grades but still enough to get by. but look at what JC did to me. sighs.
but still, i guess we all do know our ultimate is the University. JC is just another stepping stone. and i wanna make sure this stepping stone of mine is secure for me! i don't wanna fall into the murky river. (:
