Mayday rawks! ((:
oh man. dragged myself out of bed early this morning to meet the girls! haha. met Shuhui initially and i was late. X: 'cause i overslept. X: but in the end we realised that she forgot her CD and we went back to get it. along the way we saw the old campus of Serangoon Garden Secondary. the school that's so scary at night. remember during AB camp we walked past it and we all agreed it was freaky. we had this very random thought of asking HQ to buy the campus to use as campsite. haha. it's much spacious. and the building won't collapse if you wanna do abseiling. haha. we even had the random thought of us two Cadet Officers writing in to propose. haha.
then met up with YuHui and Royce. he was in HQ for some first aid course and he decided to join us 'cause he was bored. lol. anyways, we shopped around for Fiona's present! our idea was a skirt. our attempt to girlify her. ((: then we got this short khaki skirt from S&K. haha.
then we started our Mayday quest! haha. but we were darn malu-ed. first incident was when Joan spilled this cup of iced milk tea. haha. it was like a flood man. then ShuHui and me were clearing it up. there was so much of it around that six packets of tissue was insufficient. and the nice girls in front of us were helping us! so nice! ((: but it was so malu! i could feel everyone laughing at us. in the end the uncle came and helped us mop it up. haha.
the second incident was when we were inside the tent. the guy testing the mike was going "hungry hungry" so we had this random thought of throwing food to him. so in the end we deicded to throw this packet of biscuits to him. initially we thought we wouldn't have the guts to do it. but we just shouted "are you hungry?" and Joan threw it. haha. think it's the post Link Camp syndrome. we're still high.
we waited for like four hours! so tired. almost fell asleep!
then Mayday finally came! my goodness! so shuai! and their live performance rawks! big time! my goodness. i was blown away! initially me, YuHui and Fiona were pretty dead. 'cause everyone was jumping and we could literally feel the floor sinking in. haha. but in the end we got HIGH too! we were singing along and moving our arms! haha. their singing rawks! and we got to get their signatures! and shake their hands! -smiles- i was too stunned to say anything to them so i just said hi. until i came to Shi Tou and i realised that he was wearing the guy's version of my watch! the Phillipe Starck one. haha. then i told him! and he was like "zhen de?" and he smiled at me. ((: and my Yan Ming! he changed name to Guan You. he's so cute! ((:
goodness. i've turned into a Mayday fan overnight. ((: their new CD rawks. ((:
and we made Fiona change into her skirt! she was traumatised when she saw what we got her. lol. she was like "it's a skirt leh". haha. so cute! and she looks good in that skirt! but she kept hiding. lol. our attempt to girlify her worked! ((:
